Shipping policy

Carriers & Timing
We ship via USPS (and other carriers as needed). Typical processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are 2–7 business days after shipment; they are not guaranteed and may vary by location, weather, carrier capacity, or holidays.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed.

Age Verification & Signature
For THCA and other age-restricted products, we may require adult (21+) signature and age verification upon delivery. If the carrier cannot verify age, the package will be returned; reship charges may apply.

Restricted Locations
We do not ship to jurisdictions where hemp-derived THCA is restricted or prohibited. Orders to restricted locations will be canceled/refunded less non-recoverable processing and fulfillment costs.

Address Issues
Verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, or refusal of delivery. If a package is returned, we can reship (additional postage) or refund minus shipping and non-recoverable fees if items are unopened and eligible.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Marked delivered but not received: Contact the carrier first and check with household members, neighbors, or building management. We can assist after the carrier completes a trace, but we are not responsible for theft after delivery.

  • In-transit loss or damage: Report within 48 hours of carrier delivery scan (or expected delivery if lost) with photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and product(s). Keep all packaging. We’ll assist with a claim and replacement/refund at our discretion.

  • Heat-sensitive items: Some products can soften or melt in heat. This cosmetic change does not affect potency; we do not replace for heat-related softening.
