Refund policy

All Sales Final (Limited Exceptions)
Due to the nature of hemp/THCA products, all sales are final. We will, however, remedy the following within the time windows below:

  • Wrong item, damaged, or defective on arrival: Email jake@oasisrefinery.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and item(s). If approved, we will replace or refund at our discretion.

  • Carrier-caused damage/loss: We will assist with a carrier claim and, if approved, replace or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened/used products, sale items, gift cards, and any perishable or age-restricted goods are not returnable. Returns sent without authorization will be refused.

Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve issues quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with documentation (order logs, tracking, photos, and policy acknowledgments).
